New
Zealand is a country of rare beauty: glacial mountains, fast-flowing
rivers, deep lakes, hissing geysers and boiling mud.
The largest city,
Auckland,
enjoys a diverse culture. Visit its many islands, or simply ascend the Sky
Tower and enjoy the great view over the rainforest mountain ranges. Rotorua
has a deep sense of history and Maori culture. This combined with a
landscape of geysers and bubbling pools of mud, allows you to experience the
real heart of New Zealand.
The country’s capital
Wellington is beautifully placed between a
magnificent harbour and rolling hills. Everything is within walking
distance, from galleries to restaurants. Queenstown is the Adventure Capital
of the World. Set amongst the dazzling Southern Alps, for a pure adrenalin
rush go bungy jumping, jetboating, skiing or relax with some great regional
wine! Christchurch meanwhile is recognized as “the international garden city
of the world”.
On the east coast of the North Island lies the Bay of Islands. Its
natural beauty, beaches and
host of
islands are not to be missed.
